Senior Backend Developer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our core development team and help build the future of our data analytics platform. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend systems, driving performance, and shaping the technical architecture of our product from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-native backend services
- Lead the design and implementation of new infrastructure for data analytics
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions
- Contribute to technical decisions and help define best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience developing backend systems in a cloud-based environment
- Proven expertise with:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Microservices architecture
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- System performance tuning and scaling
- Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with NoSQL databases is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
